• Former COO of an approximately $10 million international nonprofit spanning six departments, three countries, and roughly 100 employees.

• Former Blackbaud professional services consultant, with hands-on QuickBooks Online and nonprofit CRM/financial systems experience.

• Leadership experience across aging, homelessness, workforce development, and complex nonprofit services.

• Able to advise senior leaders and do the detailed operational work needed to put recommendations into practice.
